took a walk, missed a $9 winner, looks like IRISH hit another one
is quick , but she's a quitter and Ryerson struggles. Jose Ortiz poses a threat. He'll save some horse, and Irad isn't in the race to foul him. Probably not enough horse under him to contend, but mildly interesting as the price drifts up...

is interesting if the isn't far ahead on Easy Street. Javier gets a game filly who can stay close enough to pounce should the take on the ...
I don't know how they are gonna ride this race. There's only 5 runners and that makes takeout that much heavier... I'll pass this race and heat up some of this vodka basil rigatoni that was my biggest hit last night

Reason: emphasizing that this could be a 'Rider's race' since it's 9F on the main track. If 3 gets away, it's a moot point.

this race is unbettable for me. Lots and lots of turf races and virtually no dirt races from combined 40'ish Turf races.

I'm interested to see if the gets a good late run on this track. Maybe early speed will help and the will stay in the tri. Not a good betting race no.

Cant brag too much about this one, bet two horses at 7/2. Seeing City Zip in the pedigree always sways me.
Out of Trouble is a former stable horse, The mother of this horse is a winner on a sloppy track. Yesterday, it seemed like off the pace horses did better in the routes so I am kind of nervous to use a speed horse. I do not think the 3 needs the lead, but I dont think I feel like chasing 2-1

Pretty much what I thought would happen.... 3 would sit off the 1 and swallow him easily. 3/2 I cant chase that

r6 actually paid OK for $5 given that the 1 was a long shot whose hope was Jockey skills, and the money bet on #4 was basically a gift to anyone who bet a contender... Kinda wish I dutched the 37 in that race... Not playing high stakes today, but something I'll try not to miss going forward
RACE 7
ugly short field. draws in MTO in a race where the class level has come down to meet her form that appears to be cheaper at a superficial glance.
but the is also very formidable. has WONDERFUL pace numbers the last two races and this is 3rd time Ortiz. Kendrick has to fire-away on the , but Jose can let his filly race naturally and although the is also a 'speed horse' she's been finishing well enough vs. better that a shadowing/pressing role wouldn't hurt her
I give an edge to the in a two horse race(1 doesn't have a chance, and the 3and6 both seem to be in a form-valley), but Mr. Market also gives an edge to the .
if the odds hold, maybe I'll dutch them, but probably a pass.

Reason: Nice warmup and on-track appearance for the 11, but that isn't really a major factor as we already know on mission up front

Better than losing but I went from 7/2 to 7/5 in about 60- 90 seconds

I know its a speed track, but Im praying for a pace collapse. Gargan is a thief and this is double bred for wet.
