Talking Horses…no selections first two races
I understand that the first two races today at Aqueduct are turf hurdles but why not handicap those races? These are part of the overall card and people actually do bet on them. Maybe more money would be bet into the pools ( especially by the old timers ) if they had some additional guidance ? Just a thought and suggestion. Have a great day at the Big A !!!

I usually compare "same" distances to handicap ...
adjust times accordingly by the 6.2 seconds...
but its the usual trainers that get bet and win...

What are you thinking, maybe 2-3 million more in handle a day if they picked the jumpers?

Definitely
they should have someone handicap the races if they don't feel up to it
and it's not that much work for them to just have an opinion
TLG's goal seems to be having an opinion regardless of what it is

Even if it’s a few thousand what does it matter ? Money is money and some guys only follow the picks on Talking Horses. My question is fair ….why omit selections for those races ?

The 1-1 double is paying a dollar. The double is even money. Gotta be a record or near record
They covered the races and Clancy is there on Adar.

$372.50 for the $2 Double. 1st race was much more competitive and TMQ should have never been 1-5. As for the 2nd, the winner was receiving 28 pounds from the favorite. For those asute 'cappers, it was a nice hit. I did not play either race.

But if Andy had posted picks, you would have pulled off the rubber band and peeled off a few hundred, right?

Lol. I posted that while looking at the Probables. The 1 dollar 1-1 double was paying $1.00.

Not that it matters but that double was paying close to 2.00 but they never round up on the probables. It was like a bridge jumper double and since TLG didn’t post his picks the elder bettors just sent in 2.00 1/1 doubles all over the country.

I look forward to your posts when TLG makes some picks on these sort of races and you complain about him making picks on a race type he has no experience with and misleading all the bettors out there.
