What's your take on that development.
I have mine and it certainly isn't good for the people of Venezuela.

I intend to view what happens as it happens instead of narrating from Nancy Pelosi's views as you do. The Presidency is a tough job, whatever choice the chief executive makes people die and the exectuive's hair gets shades lighter. I think the President has the latter beat, and we all can pray his actions are for the best result.

That's an awful lot of words to not say anything...
I just think it means Maduro is digging in to fight. Its a lot easier to finance a war when your piggy bank is safe.
Notice my post didn't say anything about Trump, Pelosi, or Trump's hair...

I support the President 110%, when it is his call I am not going to act like some bitch, got it?
Today they moved to seize moneys and accounts and transfer to the new guy, how effective that plays out we will see. Many ways to skin a cat, but he's a fuc$%^g pig.

I found it shocking that Russia flew a plane in and took out two tons of gold.

No moose breath, we could just allow them to fail under their own weight but would that be the right thing to do?

Yeah...
Its not what I would do. I think we have a humanitarian concern there and we certainly don't like the Maduro government. A international peacekeeping/humanitarian force is the way that ensures the best outcome it would seem.
So far so good though... Its not a tremendously tricky situation for us but one we can easily mess up.

I mean... we could... or...
We could help them.
Trade with them.
Enjoy mutual prosperity.
Increase our influence.
Prevent the dreaded " caravans"...
You know... option B.

We could also make it clear that socialism is a dead end.
The man in charge (Maduro) must go one way or another.
