What’s kind of sad is how you guys project your own beliefs on Biden. I watched the video from the beginning, not the 4:45 mark. There was no confusion, no bewilderment; except possibly in your fevered brains.
I also don’t think the woman speaking at the end was with Biden. It sounded more like she was with the company and trying to get the employees to make room for Biden to get to the next part of the tour.

As a man who actually did serve in the military, I can say that I have complete confidence in any female commander I served under. Which is more than I can say about every male superior officer. While none of them was a horse, one or two were definitely a horse’s ass. I’m sure you would have gotten along well.
