It is by far the biggest POS wager site I have ever seen.
Compares to what it once was, I would say it was at BEST, 5% as good as before. You would have to hire a moron specifically to design such a worthless ADW. I am assuming that morn was the moron who used to post here telling us how great it was going to be. I assume he was someone's nephew to get his job.
No Classic view, no interest.

My handle on Twinspires is 1/50th of what it was three years ago. The "new" classic (how stupid does that sound?) is awful, and I think the brain trust there at TS is now supporting four or five versions of web wagering, plus mobile.
Even if they slicked up the Legacy Classic, fired all parties responsible for this fiasco, and allowed cookies to stick and retain the selected tracks, I won't be betting any more than the paltry amounts necessary for free PPs. I can't reward bad behavior.

Wow, Tom
Not sure what I did to ruffle your feathers, but....sorry to disappoint.
I worked my way through college for two degrees, one at the Race Track Industry Program (a long way from my home in KY) and have no relatives in the industry. I worked at almost every level at many racetracks and circuits over the past 28 or so years and only work in this industry because I am an avid horseracing fan.
As always, I'm searching for the constructive criticism in these comments, rather than nothing works, it sucks, was better before, etc. Perhaps you'd like to hear some of the upgrades, like being able to switch legs on exotics seamlessly, more data, etc....
I'm always available if you feel you aren't getting rewarded what you are worth. It's a free country, do what you wish. Take advantage of our freebies and our promos. No reason to be nasty.

Spice, why no conditional wagering? That is my main complaint with TwinSpires, although I, like others here, can't stand the new changes. In my opinion, the site didn't need a complete overhaul.

Why does the customer still get kicked off the site without the slightest warning after 4 hours of betting ? Is this too big a problem to fix? How about alerting us ahead of time so we can log back on without getting shut off with our wagers?

Twinspires=AWFUL
I sent them a chat message telling them that their sites goes down more than any ADW and I wanted to speak to a supervisor--that was yesterday-of course nobody called me back-today- I called them and told them after 4-5 years with them I am going elsewhere because nobody in their organization cares about the customer---total lack of concern--STAND CLEAR OF TWINSPIRES

PressThePace and thaskalos
PTP, conditional Wagering AND Batch wagering are two of my main suggestions. I have been asking for them for years and am told they are both in the development queue but don't seem to be prioritized.
Thanks for the feedback and I'll keep asking the question.
thaskalos, I'll ask the question. It likely has something to do with the cache and past some point there is a possibility of system lag so they like to force the issue. Personally, I refresh the site every couple of hours and never have an issue - a warning, as you suggest, would be more appropriate.

The worse time to find out that we've gotten kicked off the site is when we are putting in our wagers at the very end of the betting period. We scramble to log in again and resend our wagers...but we never make it back in time. It's the most infuriating thing. Ideally...a refresh button should appear on the screen so this process could be taken care of in one expedient step.
Thanks for listening, Spicemaster...it's nice to have a Twinspires guy here. I hope you are not the sensitive type.

I use twin spires and noticed the interface change this weekend. The only gripe I have is that the probables were easily accessed by scrolling down the wagering page with the old interface, now you have to toggle between the wagering page and the page with probables. Appreciate that someone from twinspires made himself available to listen to the gripes.
