For the record:
Jake is out on schedule. I told him 16 months ago in our first conversation it would be Feb. or Mar. 2023.
BOP math.
I didn't do anything extraordinary--this was always the schedule, I just understood it and could explain it to him.
He was expecting 12 more mos.

Very true. I know a guy serving 50 yrs , no parole. There was no proof of guilt. Only proof of no crime. Yet 12 people were persuaded to send the guy to prison for the rest of his life.
I'm told one juror spoke to the attorney later on, was asked why he voted guilty. The juror said "if he was innocent then he'd get out on parole"
That's not how the system works yet that was the discussion in deliberation. Unreal.

In the last picture I saw of the Shaman it does look like that spear is real and not a prop. I would say the guy is just a couple cans short of a 6 pack, but basically harmless. He committed no acts of violence. I hope this is a start of releasing people who were obviously over charged.
