You know what they say: "Nice guys finish last." 😁
I like a few songs from Yes, but I like music that's more heavy & dark. Black Sabbath is more my style.
"Yes" was the three letter abbreviation I used for video game high scores back in the day. I could play Asteroids and Defender all day on one quarter.
"Yes" also had the coolest concert shirt art, IMHO. I had a bunch.

I really liked Wakeman. Saw him with the band and solo.

Vic, I'm curious what they were actually accusing you of. Can you elaborate?

Collusion.
A friend of mine and I agreed and bet on some of the same horses.
We also lost on some of the same horses.
We handicapped together and sometimes were like minded.
That's not collusion.
Collusion is when a group of people all go ALL IN on the same race.
Taking 4 entries of $10,000 and combining it into one much more powerful entry of $40,000 or more.
We didn't do anything even close to that.
There were several races we bet on and LOST on the same key horses.
There were also many times when we didn't even bet in the same race.
The investigator ruled there was NOTHING AT ALL to prove we had acted in an unethical or illegal manner.

Saving Face
Now that Kinchen takes a check from America's Day At The Races, it's to his advantage to say that he was DQ'ed from competition rather than admitting that he placed dead last.

Good tournament players finish DEAD LAST all the time. There's no reason to finish in the middle of the pack.
Most of the tournaments I play I end up with either ZERO points accrued or $0 dollars in my account.
I don't agree with that take.

He's not impressing anyone with his TV handicapping. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I must be wrong because he has a reputation of being a superior handicapper.
Vic, I've been exposed to your handicapping a few times. It's not even close from what I've seen. You're the man, Vic. You're what I would call a superior handicapper.
Remember that Parx shipper at Belmont this past summer? The 50/1 shot that missed by two necks? That was frickin sweet handicapping.

Theres rumors of a few years ago, regarding him in true collusion in cash tourney on track-
A lot of details emerging now- will be curious to see how the NTRA handles it and what the players committee ( his friends) do.
Already pay a lot of money for tourneys and qualifiers- just as soon play pools and forego tourneys, but damn, I love the atmosphere of cash tourneys,.

I can understand a points tourney but live money would think the logic would be different. Why throw good money after bad?
