If you know the law, you must know what a biased jury can do. Surely you can see what biased AGs can do.
If a jury had this lawsuit, no one knows how they would have reacted. Most in that jurisdiction hate FOX and besides the suit, if they ordered punitive damages it could have been many multiples....

Given the circumstances, sounds like a win for FOX.
If Dominion had such a great case, they never would have settled.

it must kill all you fools how massive Tucker's ratings are compared to all the leftist idiots on the air at the moment...
How does such a "liar"...such an "idiot" do it? One has to wonder...maybe he rigs the ratings systems like the left rigs elections?

Fox blew it by settling per the Dersh.
https://dersh.substack.com/p/alan-de...-newsmax-has-a
I think he makes great points.
“ Accordingly, from a purely rational cost-benefit analysis, this settlement — which gave Dominion an enormous windfall — is incomprehensible. No good lawyer, evaluating the trial and appellate prospects and the lack of actual damages, would have recommended such a settlement. Something else must have been at play — and part of the reason for the settlement is almost certainly to prevent the public from learning the actual reason why Fox settled.
Some infer that, despite the fact that much of its dirty laundry had already been spread out for all to see in the early discovery phase of the case, there was even dirtier laundry that might have been uncovered had the case gone forward and had the special master been allowed to rummage through more emails and other communications. We may never know the real reasons why Fox threw in the towel.”

Every rational American: Fox News lies constantly.
Dominion: Fox News lied about us.
Fox News: Yep, we lied. (Hands over 787 million dollars.)
MAGA idiots: No, you didn’t!
The mental gyrations that these cultists will go through to avoid admitting they were duped is beyond belief.*

just because someone sued settles, does not mean they admit they are wrong

As for J6 coverage anyone who reported that cops were killed, lied along with all that reported 100+ cops suffered career ending injuries.

Dominion was valued and bought for $50 million in 2018 .... of course since what they did worked, there could be much more demand now .....

Can you believe the FRENCH, the country we all liked to poke fun at for being cowards, is now 1000x more BRAVE then the US will ever be...they actually go out and DEMONSTRATE against the government still...to this day...something conservatives STOPPED DOING after 1/6
hell, there are people ON THIS BOARD, apparently afraid to post because they think they'll be PUT ON A LIST!
That's how PUSSIFIED conservatives have become here in the USA.
Absolutely a 100% DEAD COUNTRY at this point.

1. https://abcnews.go.com/Business/wire...toves-96405196
The government is looking at regulating new gas stoves to make them safer. No one is coming into your home and removing your gas stove. And no one is going to stop you from buying a gas stove.
2. Andrea Mitchell addressed this the very next day and played the extra footage. Nothing was doctored. Romney said exactly what MSNBC said he said. The only thing MSNBC Left out is that Republicans think business is better than government. Do we really need to hear that again.
Besides, that story is from more than six years ago.
