Most drug testing is intended to cull the low-end flunkies, not the superstars and brass. "Corporate policy" (whatever it might be) rarely competes with corporate profit.

Read up, Buck. Conservatives are far more charitable than liberals. We just don't believe in giving it to the government to hand out, instead thinking we're better capable of deciding who needs the most help and is most deserving, who is least wasteful, etc.
