I didn't have it but 18 is healthy for that 2-4 in a 9 horse field w/big pools.
That same exacta pays 10'ish with 7 horses

Only way I can go here is to bet the 3 on the ticket. I can't bet into 1/5 by X'ing my base bet. I'm putting the 3 on a merry go round and if he misses I am out for the day. 46-1 10 min to post. gl

As it turns out I did not get out unscathed. In the previous race I played a double to the 46-1 3 horse. I was refunded all the other tickets, but i was a paid a consolation double for the gate scratch. lost short money.
