Suggestion, when questioned about releasing "his" non disclosure agreements, his reply should be that his does not want to break lawful agreements.

He can waive confidentiality - nothing legally stopping him from doing so.

He said he was going to release his tax returns, but it is thousands of pages so will take a couple weeks - the other employees on the stage had no idea why he couldn't just print out the pages on turbotax
