Be prepared for the day when someone comes knocking on your door and tells you that it's been determined that your four-bedroom house is too big for just the two retired people living in it. That you will have to move to a smaller place so that a designated family of twelve, or more, can move in and make better use of the space. Sort of like eminent domain.
