SCOTUS didn't agree. 7 Justices voted not to review the 9th Circus clown act at this time. As usual in not accepting an appeal, the majority did not issue any comment on the issue.

Despite strong rulings for ownership rights in recent years, the Court has always avoided ruling on the details of the extent of gun ownership rights, including concealed carry. This is yet another example of deciding not to decide.

SCOTUS has long avoided addressing this issue, which in effect leaves the matter up to the states. I'm guessing that most of the snowflakes on the Court would prefer to leave it that way.

You’re funny Danny........

You Libs believe that the military would be willing to disarm the American public. Keep dreaming.....

Btw, my response above went right over your head I guess. It’s the appropriate response to gun grabbers. It goes back a few years.

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Come_and_take_it

You see it on bumper stickers in red states.......it’s very popular here in Texas

Forget about concealing then, put your gun in a holster and keep it in plain sight.

Maybe I'll spend some money on a California vacation. The place has a certain sane appeal.

For very modestly priced accommodations, I would heartily recommend Tent City in downtown L.A. or Poop City in downtown San Fran. This latter city will even provide you with a map to make sure you don't get lost in anything. Either city should have everlasting appeal to you.

You might want to steer clear of Disneyland.

DACA recipients temporarily block Disneyland entrance

Well regulated meant equipped, capable, and practiced. The term was a borrowed meaning; citizens were hoped to perform up to the capability of a standard British Regular.

Unfortunately, for you, the term means the exact opposite you want it to in this context.

In years gone by I spent quite a bit of time in and around Tin City in Naples, Florida. But we decided for good reason to stop spending our money in Florida. Hope you don't miss our tourist tax money too much.

15 or 20 people protest and the protest was peaceful according to a Disney spokeswoman in the article linked.

I lived in Florida for 10 years and had to homeschool my children.
The amount of drugs and peer pressure and threats on my kids to use drugs was insane.

I still support the Florida Sheriffs and from the literature that they send to me,
child pornography is a major problem all around Florida.

BTW I'm all for the DACA people getting permanent residency but only citizenship for those
that serve honorably in the military and maybe civil service.

Geez it’s not that difficult.

There is a difference between bearing arms (a right) and concealed carry (not a right)

Very few unlicensed concealed carry in NYC. NYPD frowns upon it

I don’t where you live and work, but the streets of NYC are relatively low crime.
